 Order Cancellations

• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team before it ships.

 • Cancellations are not allowed once the order has shipped, however, you may initiate a return (subject to a nominal processing fee of Rs. 100/-).

• Please be aware that custom-made orders are specifically designed for you and are therefore not eligible for cancellation.

 COD Policy

We provide Partial COD to guarantee a seamless and secure transaction.

1. Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) are required to pay Rs. 100/- upon delivery.

 2. In case of a return, refunds will be processed according to our return policy, excluding the non-refundable amount Rs. 100/-.

Returns & Exchanges Process

1. Request Initiation –

 Please submit your return/exchange request within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will reach out to you the next working day to verify the conditions.

2. Approval & Pickup –

After verification, we will arrange for a pickup within 24 hours.

3. Exchange Dispatch –

 For exchange, the replacement will be dispatched the day after we collect the return.

 4. Quality Check & Refund –

Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct an inspection. If the item meets our quality standards, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

5. Return Conditions:

• The item must retain all brand tags.

• The item must be in its original condition, meaning it should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

Additionally, please note that an unboxing video is necessary to substantiate any claims concerning missing or incorrect items. Such claims must be reported within 24 working hours of delivery and accompanied by the video evidence.

Key Notes for Returns & Exchanges:

 1. Items must have all brand tags intact.

2. Items should be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

3. Returns can only be requested within 2 days of delivery.

4. A Rs. 100/- pickup fee will be charged for return orders.

5.Please note that certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including:

• Items on limited-time sale

• Custom-made items

• Orders from international locations

Exchange Policy

• You can exchange your order within 24 hours of delivery.

• Exchanges are allowed for any available style on our website.

• If the new item is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference amount through a payment link.

• If the new item is priced lower, the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account or issued as Store Credit (valid for one year).

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within seven working days after the return passes our quality checks.

• The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

• If an item you ordered arrives damaged or defected, and after reviewing the video evidence, we will send a replacement. If the ordered product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund or the option to select another product of equal value.

• Refunds are only applicable for approved returns, and self-return items must be communicated in advance and must have approved status.

Store Credit

• Store credits will be provided to you as a Gift Card Code via email.

• You can apply it at checkout under ‘Use Discount Code’.

• It is valid for one year, for a single use, and cannot be reissued.
