Shipping Policy – Trooking Fashions
At Trooking Fashions, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently. By utilizing our platform, you consent to the terms specified in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
1. Shipping Origin
All items are shipped from our warehouse situated in Mohali (Punjab), India. We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, India Post to carry out deliveries. Details of the delivery partners will be shared once the purchased product is handed over to the courier.
2. Accurate Shipping Information
It is essential to provide a complete and precise shipping address, including the postal code. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may experience delays or may not be delivered at all. Trooking Fashions will not be liable for any complications arising from incorrect address information. Any reshipping costs, if necessary, will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and government-declared holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Timeline
Typically, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the dispatch date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the logistics partner’s network.
5. Multiple Products in a Single Order
If you order several products, we will strive to ship them together. However, in certain instances, items may be shipped separately. We can only process one shipping address per order. For deliveries to different addresses, please submit separate orders.
6. Order Changes & Modifications
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you may request a change of address within 12 hours of placing the order by reaching out to our customer support.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is not delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges will applied.
8. Product Availability
We strive to keep all listed products in stock. For customized or out-of-stock items, delivery may take additional processing time. Customers will be proactively notified through their registered email or mobile number.
9. Responsibility for Packages
Trooking Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it has been left at the customer’s address by the courier agency.
10. Order Tracking
A tracking ID will be provided via email and SMS upon order confirmation. You can monitor your shipment through the “Track Order” on the courier partner’s website.

11. International Shipping
Trooking Fashions offers delivery to any street address within India and internationally through reputable delivery partners such as DHL and FedEx. All items are promptly dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that shipping and delivery times may differ based on the operational hours and policies of the courier services in the respective countries.
Customs and Duties
We do not impose any customs or import duty fees during the ordering process. Charges such as customs duties, local sales tax, and clearance fees are set by local government authorities and are outside our jurisdiction. Customers are liable for any customs or import duties, local sales tax, or clearance fees in accordance with their country’s regulations. Any customs duties or taxes levied by the appropriate authorities must be settled by the customer. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. The prices of products do not encompass customs or import duties or
taxes, which may differ from one country to another. Trooking will not be held accountable for non-delivery or refunds in instances of unpaid customs duties or taxes.
